I recently recovered from a 6 month injury and Mike did a fantastic job working with me to get back to my former strength. His program is challenging and specifically geared toward my goals and considers my pre-existing conditions. His app is easy to use and includes features such as workout tracking, body composition tracking, food logging, and a one-on-one chat feature. He is there with me every step of the way and really encourages progress. I am finally feeling back to my old self and am experiencing postive changes in my body as a result of his commitment to my success.

Customization and understanding from the beginning! My entire plan, both physical and nutritional, were based around my needs and lifestyle. Having a chaotic work life, plus, being states away, Mike was able to tailor my plan and work around my daily routines, simplify my training, but provide the results I needed.
