The perfect gym partner/trainer.

Spent with Aziz 4 months. Started from 206 lbs with no lean muscles to 175 lbs with pretty decent shape. He may get little bit upset whenever you cheat out of the nutrition plan hahaha, but it’s because he wants to see the best version of you. We used to have a weekly meeting where we discuss the results we got. I did felt little pressure cause my endurance was not perfect.. But that got easier with time. We started with an (Emergency plan) where the goal was to get to the ideal weight. Then stuff started to be fun with resistance exercises and seeing the pump each day.
I moved out of Philly but we still do online consulting.
