Alright so here's the truth: I can promise all of this and all of that and that you'll lose 50 pounds in 3 months, but we all know that isn't realistic. Life is already tough with all the responsibilities and other stresses we deal with. My education and background allow me to work with anyone regardless of any physical limitations or ailments you may have. I'm here to help you take control of your health and ultimately your life. It won't be glamorous, and sometimes you'll want to give up, but I can PROMISE you that it works if you do. What separates me from everyone else is my knowledge and my hunger to gain knowledge. I graduated CUM LAUDE with an Exercise Science Degree while playing Division II Soccer. I have worked in a clinical setting alongside physical therapists. I can work with ANYONE from a 10 yr old with cerebral palsy, a 95 old with dementia or even Division 1 college athletes. Each time I train with tunde. It’s a mix of fun and entertaining vibes as well as intense hard work. He never lets me slack off and is always finding ways to help me improve my game. If I go to Tunde with a question, he gets back to me a few days later after doing his research with a solution. He reminds me of an older brother because aside from soccer, he’s always lookin out for me and checking in on me and my health. He’s a great trainer and an even better human being.

So, I slid into (late) middle age and while always active, I’ve struggled with tone, energy and diet. Working with Tunde has helped me start to make the changes I wasn’t motivated to do alone. He’s caring, gentle and passionate. Is “meeting me where I am” … I feel better with each session. I highly recommend Tunde!

Tunde was great! He made me a personalized workout plan that was geared towards my fitness goals while also keeping my lifestyle and availability in mind. He was always available to give me tips on my form and alternative workouts when certain exercises weren’t working for me. I appreciated his responsiveness, his ability to educate me on how certain exercises would help me achieve my goals, and his passion for what he does.

I’ve been training with Tunde for the past 6 months. He helped me work through some issues, including my rotator cuff. Now, He’s helping me with mobility, strength and stamina. I haven’t felt this good in a long time. Tunde has also been very helpful with my nutrition and diet. He’s the best!!!

Tunde is very personable and very knowledgeable of his field. He is intuitive of when to push and when to pull back which is comforting when faced with physical limitations. I have arthritis and he created a highly individualized program to suit my abilities/needs. If you want a professional that actually has the education to back up their science and the passion to continue their education look no further. I recommend him to everyone I know!
