Hi! I'm Mason, a 25 year-old percussionist and piano technician based in Philadelphia, PA. My musical journey began at the young age of three when my parents introduced me to The Beatles and I've been immersed ever since. I proudly earned a 4-year Bachelor’s of Music degree from the University of the Arts, where I took 2 years of jazz piano classes. After graduating, I worked as a piano tech for 2+ years under my mentor, tuning for churches, schools, universities, and residential homes. Now I’ve started my own business and will bring new energy to the future piano tech industry.

Mason did a great job tuning my Baldwin spinet piano. Friendly. Also repaired a sticking key and adjusted the pedals. He truly cares about pianos.

I would highly Recomend New Tone Services , i was given an old beat up piano, i cant believe how good this sounds since Mason tuned it, and fixed a few keys.didnt think it was possible, it was in bad shape. The price is right, and Mason is a great guy. This piano sounds awesome

My piano sounds fantastic after getting a tuning from Mason at New Tone Piano! Not only did he get the piano back in perfect tuning but he also fixed an issue with a sticky F# key/hammer!
