The overflow drain in our bathtub was broken, and water was leaking into the kitchen below. Mr. Mason repaired the drain. After calling two plumbers recommended by friends, who never called us back despite repeated phone calls, we decided to do our research and contact Mr. Mason. He responded immediately, with a quote on Saturday. Told us he could come first thing Monday and was there exactly on time. He fixed the problem and charged us what he quoted us, and was extremely courteous and professional. We also had him diagnose another problem with the bathroom, which he did and gave us a quote for the repair. But what we really appreciated was that he was honest enough to tell us that it didn't require an immediate fix (more an annoyance than something that would damage our home). We are new homeowners and are struggling to find "go-to" contractors who we can trust. Mr. Mason will be our "go-to" plumber.

Jim responded quickly and competently. Once he assessed our need he quoted a price and quickly went to work replacing a shower valve and tub drain fitting. Very professional.
