I needed to have mold on my siding removed. This was the fastest transaction I’ve ever been involved with. Reached out to AO on a Friday afternoon. Got a callback in 15 minutes. Scheduled for Monday morning.
I talked to Oscar and committed on the spot because of the timely response, a competitive price, and the ability to come out on the next business day. I also liked that pressurewashing is their primary business versus a landscaper that also happens to offer this service.
Upon arrival, Oscar did a preliminary walkthrough, pressurewashed, then did a checkout walkthrough. Very straightforward. Oscar was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable (via his explanations and suggestions). He pointed out other services they offer and I might take advantage of those, in the future. The best testament of my satisfaction is that I would hire AO again, without hesitation.

Inquired for a power washing service for a stain on my sidewalk, was responded to quickly. Had a conversation about the task and by 8a.m the next morning, the job was done! There’s still a stain but I was informed that stains that sit tend to be stubborn and don’t come out completely. Although, stain wasn’t completely removed, it looks better than it did before. I’m satisfied!!!
