- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is standard in this industry every case requires its own way of finding the facts. That's where we come in. Our services can range from $125 to as much as $10,000.00 that would be running a name search to a retainer for a Missing Persons Case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. The first call is the most important because that's a chance for them to explain to our investigator what's going on and whom all is involved. Then we can provide a better quote once we have more details to asses what services you'll require.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our investigators have degrees in Criminal Justice or are former agents or military with more than 15 years of experience.
