Joe draws from a large inventory of exercises, keeping the workout interesting and adjusting to the client that day.

I've been working with Joe for just about 20 years. Obviously something is going right. He's very willing to tailor exercises for my needs and to accommodate my various injuries. Although I joke and call him "the sadist", he's been great for me . I've really enjoyed being his client.
