- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on my Clients' needs. The fees for my one-time service of Interior Design vary depending on the tier my clients choose (Silver, Bronze, & Gold). From a few suggestions to revamping and/or furnishing an entire home, my clients will have the information to decide to the actions needed to produce the highest returns followed with a closely worked with budget to make the vision come to life. Full service management for short term/mid term rentals is an ongoing service that is percentage management based.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial consultation to discuss the needs of my clients and to view the home (this can be done virtually or in person). Then an agreement is sent over with terms that specifically cover what was specified in the consultation by the client. Once the agreement is signed & initial payment is made the onboarding process begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background consists of obtaining a Bachelors in Hospitality & Tourism Management, working experience as both a hotel front desk agent, & housekeeping supervisor and online courses specifically tailored to successful Airbnb hosting. In addition to the education, I've managed to obtain & maintain an Airbnb Superhost status providing my guest with amazing hospitality, comfortable environment & an enriched internal feeling.
