Great property manager. Was looking for someone to manage my property as I was abroad on a job leave . I normally handle managing properties myself , when I returned I continued to keep working with them because it made my day to day a lot much easier. Everything was handled, from tenant issues, lawn care. would definitely recommend A&I property management

    New management contracts get 20% discount the first 3 months. Pricing also varies based on the type of units and the amount of units

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 10 years working in residential and commercial property management and 8 years working with HOA.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    This career sort of fell into my lap after I had a car accident and had to change my career from a Biochemist. I was recommended to investment company to work as a manager based off my work ethic
