- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing system. We quote based on the projected workload of each situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call where I get to know the clients situation, experience level and needs. Every client is different so we cater to each one based on their own wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in investing, prop management and real estate in general since 2014. I have a brokers license and have had literally 100's of hours of education through out the years. Always striving to learn more and improve.
