List one quote and then sent a text qote two times over the job cost. I declined the offer. He then came back with a reasonable quote. My request was for a small area where I had a roof leak and needed the drywall replaced in the ceiling replaced. Without consulting me, they just started to repair & not replace. Then he demaned I pay the price he quoted to replace the ceiling. I threaten to call the police for extortion and not pay anything or accept half the original quote. The workers were great, and the overseer handling the business was horrible. All communications was done via a phone translation app. I would stay clear of this contractor. I only gave two, because the workers were good and very pleasant to work with.
