I graduated with a BA in English in 2018 and have been working in technical recruiting for 3+ years . Before recruiting, I interned in Hollywood where I reviewed and wrote copy on manuscripts submitted for production. I spend ~40 hours a week reviewing resumes for tech AND non-tech roles.
