Shafiq the owner reached out within a hour and reviewed all of my information via phone for approx 45 mins. He explained to me my options in detail and his recommendations . He scheduled a call for Sunday after church due to the urgency of the message . Shafiq was on time and he completed an inspection of the home & network setup. He was able to explain everything in layman’s term & diagrams . He also went as far as speaking to my son who is Cyber security expert to help my comfort level. During his visit he tried connecting to the network and it took 3 x’s and over 25 mins. Due to the urgency Shafiq adjusted his schedule to start my project on Tuesday . Prior to him leaving he placed an order for all of my items . He sent my quote and invoice via email and it was easy to pay online the deposit& final payment . I work from home and my network and WiFi connection is crucial to my business & family . Over the last year I have spent $1000 + and have had multiple professionals come in and make promises . Shafiq communications, level of expertise , fair pricing and flexibility is superb. He and his team arrived promptly and communicated every step . They also cleaned up each day and he was very detailed , prompt and knowledgeable . In two days Shafiq and his company made a world of difference in my home and he was flexible , knowledgable and respectable . Because I work from home and I am on calls all day they timed the wiring, drilling etc to not interrupt my day . The down time was minimum ( less than hour ) and I didn’t not have to cancel or reschedule any clients . They guarantee their work and you have a direct line to the owner . My network is 3x the speed it was on Saturday . I highly recommend Multi Cable solutions they are flexible ,great communicators , fair pricing , neat , prompt and professional .
