- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are trying to compete on this market providing services with reasonable prices. We also offer discounts for former military and law enforcement personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we discuss the project on phone. In most cases it's enough to set agreement, but sometimes we do onsite estimates. When all details discussed, we set up installation appointment. Most residential projects get done in one day, business installation can take several days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our guys have completed many training courses from our main equipment suppliers, like LTS, Interlogix, professional course provided by ADT Security.
