Matthew was seriously SO AMAZING! Efficient, fast, and the calm during the absolute craziness of a middle-of-the-city moving storm. We were going to have him working with another mover, who ended up canceling less an hour before our move. Matthew took it upon himself to reach out to a bunch of other people to help fill the role, and even though no one else could help out due to schedules, he himself did the work as if he were 2 people! One of our couches couldn't fit into the elevator, and instead of giving up, Matt offered to WALK IT UP 8 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS with the help of my boyfriend (and succeeded!) Could not recommend Matt enough!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes 2 people (myself included) for any additional help that would an additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with discuss the job by sending photos/images of what needs to be moved. We then discuss location like the type of home, if there are any obstacles we need to plan for like stairs, catwalks etc. Lastly we schedule a time that works for us both. All jobs come with 2 movers (myself included)
