- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and number of pieces, fabric, condition and your location. Send me clear photos and your ZIP code for a free quote. I confirm the price and what is included before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me photos of the furniture, a photo of the fabric care label if available, your ZIP code and your preferred date. I will review the details with you and arrange an appointment. I personally do the cleaning, so you work directly with me from the first message through the finished job. Weekend appointments are available Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–7:30 PM.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have one year of hands-on cleaning experience, with a focus on upholstered furniture. I personally carry out the cleaning for Stan Can Clean.
