FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the type of event, we have came to the lowest possible price to work with the customer. All prices have been well thought over and all price cuts have been taken into consideration to give the most affordable service to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a business relationship with new customers usually starts with giving them a history run-down of our brand. We go from there into introducing our service list and how we have came up with our pricing. Some prices are negotiable, but most of our prices are fixed rates. This is because we compare to competition and see what expenses we can cut out to yield to the project of the customer, and from there we are able to come up with our service prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 3 years working under a music label called "Baked Life Recordings", doing photo retouches, color correcting, and directing concepts of shoots. Also I controlled video production of all music videos and video work in general coming out of the label. Also I had a contract with a high school out of Philadelphia named "International Christian High School". There I was handling all of the online visual content on the website for marketing the school.
