Introduction: Hello and welcome to Sunset Media. We specialize in preserving the contents of all your video tapes so you may enjoy viewing them for years to come. Customers have a choice of converting their tapes to DVD discs or digital video files. We accept a wide range of video tape formats including: VHS VHS-C 8mm (Video8, Hi8 and Digital8) MiniDV All tapes received for conversion are securely stored in a temperature and humidity controlled environment during processing. Offsite digital backups are maintained for redundancy to ensure your video contents are safely preserved. All backups will be maintained for 1 week after delivery of the final product as a courtesy to customers and then permanently deleted. Please note, we are unable to convert copyrighted material. We are located in the Philadelphia, PA area. If you are located outside this area and are unable to drop off your tapes, we also accept tapes mailed to our location. I have been searching to entrust someone with our precious memories for a while and I am SO glad I went with Rich and his team. Not only were his prices incredibly reasonable, but he was also kind, patient and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The turnaround time was also quick. I asked Sunset Media to transfer a video about our family history to a couple of DVDs that I could give to my son to keep. Because the video had been shot by a pro, permission had to be granted. Sunset knew this was required and got on it right away; the pro who'd shot it was hard to reach, but they kept at it till all was cleared, then made and sent the DVDs to me right away. They were very friendly and easy to work with--knowledgeable, conscientious, diligent, and clearly concerned to keep the quality of their work and their business top-notch. I'm grateful I found them!
