Nick was excellent from the first interaction to the last. He was professional and friendly and came to give an estimate in the pouring rain. He clearly explained what he would do so there was no confusion. He ordered the materials and showed me receipts for transparency on price. He fit me into his busy schedule at my insistence and worked for 12 straight hours, 10am-10pm, in 90 degree heat without ever complaining or stopping. He installed siding, a door, window casings and roof/door flashings on my storage shed. He installed new casing to replace my dented casing around my garage door. He even helped me hang a heavy and awkward bathroom cabinet as a courtesy to me. I would hire him again. He was transparent, hard working, kind, and provided good value for his services. Do Arch reached out very quickly and was in constant communication with me throughout the process. It was a very nice change from working with other contractors. There was a lot of weather issues with getting the work done and Nick did an excellent job trying to find a way to make our schedules work. His crew showed up when they were supposed to, they very efficiently completed the work scope and they did excellent work. If I have future project I need help with I will definitely reach back out to Do Arch LLC to get the work done for a reasonable price, in a quick timeline, with a workmanship I can trust.
