Hey, this is my second time in a week of having Arch do work on my roof, They did a great job the first time on the sliding that I had to use them to repair some cracks on the roof, Nick sent me pictures of what it looked like they are the pictures I have when they finished he showed me the pictures of there work it looks good it's going to rain this week 😯. Nick was excellent from the first interaction to the last. He was professional and friendly and came to give an estimate in the pouring rain. He clearly explained what he would do so there was no confusion. He ordered the materials and showed me receipts for transparency on price. He fit me into his busy schedule at my insistence and worked for 12 straight hours, 10am-10pm, in 90 degree heat without ever complaining or stopping. He installed siding, a door, window casings and roof/door flashings on my storage shed. He installed new casing to replace my dented casing around my garage door. He even helped me hang a heavy and awkward bathroom cabinet as a courtesy to me. I would hire him again. He was transparent, hard working, kind, and provided good value for his services.
