Despite the job running past the 3 day estimate due to things beyond his control and being spread thin josh was a consummate professional. When the contractor doing the work after the water treatment was completed and it wasn’t up to par josh came to fix the problem himself.
Even though the experience wasn’t great at the time he is an honest and ethical man who did what he could to fix the problems and make the situation right. He was cleaning up the contractors mess until midnight one night to try and get the job done with in the estimate window.
I’d hire him again if I have a water damage problem

Josh and his workers were very professional and responsive. Josh took the time to explain the work that he was going to do in detail. When the work was done Josh himself came out to inspect the job when it was done. I highly recommend him and I will to my family and friends.

I found Moisture Master Pros here on thumbtack for a project I wasn’t really sure how to tackle. I knew I had water damage but wasn’t sure the severity and certainly didn’t know the source. This company was extremely responsive were so quick and thorough and eager to help. They quickly responded that they believed they could help me with my project, there was ease in scheduling the estimate which was thorough and helpful. They were able to show me exactly the source of the issue using their moisture and thermal assessment technology and talked me through every single step of plan for remediation. The estimate was a quick turnaround as was scheduling for the project itself. In fact, they were actually able to move up the project and did so based on the upcoming forecasting for rain, they wanted to make sure the project went as smoothly as possible. They worked a 12 hour day worked from top to bottom updated me with progress every step of the way and were so kind, helpful, polite, and professional and did so on CHRISTMAS DAY no less. I am going to hire Josh and team for all future construction work on my house.
The level of professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. Josh's scientific approach for solving my problem really resonated with me: he was not guessing what the issues "could be" but applied an evidence based approach to identify root causes and create a plan to fix them. In our case, this was a thorough water test. This was very reassuring for me as I was dealing with a constant basement flooding problem that would keep me up at night during rainstorms.
Besides being an expert in his craft, Josh brings a team of professionals who exude the same qualities as himself: masters at what they do and very easy to work with. We had several teams with different tasks working on our house (re-doing the sidewalk, pointing the mortar, etc.) and we were very happy with all of them.
I find it rare, in any industry, to work with such a well-qualified professional who is so easy to get projects done with. Josh is a true gem of the Philadelphia construction industry and if you have the opportunity to work with him, I bet you'll echo these words.
