- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends of design, size, flavor, and the decorations I worked on based of the information the customer provide at the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a consultation as first step. Make an sketch about the cake. Asked the customers to bring any ideas, designs, colors, pictures ect.
