FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price quote is specific to the request. I base it on the information provided in the request, as well as the traveling distance and any tolls or parking fees associated with travel. The more information a customer provides in their request, the more accurate quote I can provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the customer and myself will exchange emails and have a brief phone conversation or two so I can gather more information about their request. If desired, we will meet in person at their home, business or a place equally convenient to us both and I will present them with rough drafts of their ceremony that I created using the information provided during our conversations. The customer can choose to use a draft as written, or pick and choose sentences and paragraphs from the various drafts I present until they have the perfect ceremony. I take their input back to the office and edit the ceremony to the customer's specifications, then email a final draft to them for approval.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of many different cultures, creeds, nationalities and backgrounds. I have performed very elaborate religious weddings, completely secular ceremonies, as well as co-officiated ceremonies which included prayers of the Muslim faith, and ceremonies featuring traditions of the Vietnamese and Irish cultures. On several occasions, the ceremony was live streamed via YouTube and Facebook so family and friends in other cities and countries could view and be a part of the wedding.
