Zen Windows provided such a great service, I cannot recommend them enough! The process of getting an estimate was so simple. You provide them with some information by answering a few questions and then they send you an email with the estimate (very quickly), so there is no pressure. You don't have to waste time hearing a sales pitch from someone coming to your house before you even know how much it will cost. If you move forward, then someone will come measure the windows before ordering them. Rory, the contractor, showed up exactly when he said he would to measure the windows. He was friendly and measured them quickly. The windows only took about four weeks to come in and the contractor called me right away and set up an appointment that same week for installation. Rory and his team were the best contractors I've ever used! They were on time, installed 11 windows in less than four hours and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with the work they did. I highly recommend using Zen Windows!

I found these guys through softlite (the window manufacture they sell) and I'm glad I did. Most window companies send a sales guy to berate you for 2 hours to act now for their over priced service. Zen asks you by email for basic measurements and a few questions. They then send you the estimate with no hard sell. Their price was the best and they offer a much higher quality window most other installers. Install was good quick and efficient, respectful of you home and time. The windows were installed professionally and look great. Highly recommend these guys.

Very happy with my experience using Zen windows. They were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. They were the most affordable windows in the area and turned out great! The team arrived right on time and worked hard all day to get the windows installed. They did great work and I would use them again!

We are extremely happy with our window replacement project. Mr. Rory Boettcher and his team did an amazing job, and it is hard to imagine how easy and relaxing this entire process has been. It is a total difference when comparing Zen with other more pushing window replacement businesses I have encountered.A few minor complaints are that 1) the waiting time is relatively long (5 months in our case might becuase we asked for laminated glass instead of regular glass). 2) The team needs to pay a little more attention to cleaning; I found a few nails on the floor after they finished the interior job. Generally, we are satisfied with this purchase and will definitely recommend Zen Windows to family and friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Zen Windows pricing differs for each project as all windows and doors are made custom for each homes specific project. We believe in upfront and fair pricing and not in marketing tactics such as large discounts or free windows to win our clients over.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Zen Windows is an online based replacement window and door company. What this means is that we do not come into your home with a pushy 2-4 hour sales consultation, instead we discuss your project with you over the phone and via email. We then provide you with a quote for the replacement project. If/when you choose to move forward with our company, we then have our installer come out to take exact measurements prior to your new doors and windows being made custom for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have been installing windows for over 20 years and are experts in their craft. With our 100% lifetime and transferable warranty you can be sure that we will do the job correctly, the first time.
