- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and very fair and we do a high-quality work at reasonable prices. Since I work with each crew our overhead is lower which helps out in lower prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and look at the project they would like to get done and find out their needs and wants and then I give them a written free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured with Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania, I personally work with each trade crew and I also supervise all aspects of the job to insure quality control. I have personally been doing all aspects of residential renovations since 2000.
