For communication, never called me back when I asked to go over the reason why they denied my wife a stairlift to get her to our upstairs bedroom because she is wheelchair-bound. They wouldn't entertain the idea of trying to widen the doorways to help her. Because it being a Medicare Medicaid coverage it seemed to be easier for them just to deny it pitiful

We’re sorry to hear that this process has been so frustrating. Havenside customers use a variety of resources to do their home projects. These resources often have their own sets of rules that we are required to follow as the construction provider.
However, we do have team members that can help our customers troubleshoot issues and better understand their options and resources.
