- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for service calls start @ $75-$80 an hour. Right now we are offering new customer discounts $65 an hour. We also have per day packages @ $400 a day. We are flexible and willing to negotiate within reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to come by and give a free estimate after looking at the full scope of the job. We would build the bids around are few different pricing packages. If the customer would like to move forward, we would usually try and get that job knocked out as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Triangle Tech in 2016. I have worked on residential and commercial jobs since. Also have laboring and property management experience from before I joined the military.
