Refreshing that a contractor confirmed appointment the day before and arrived when scheduled. Frank did a great job installing my porcelain tile wall liner. He was very meticulous and neat.
Painted and put in a ceramic floor in my bathroom. Tom was on time everyday, did a good job and cleaned up. I would recommend him.
Bill did a great job on a plaster repair job to our guest bed room ceiling. He was prompt, easy to work with, and great with kids. He thoroughly explained the issue and proper fix. He did our repair on a Saturday and was very efficient. He worked the entire time he was here and cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend him and will be keeping his number for other home projects!
Jason was very easy to work with. He sanded and refinished my hardwood floors, and the results are amazing. The floors look wonderful! His price was over $1000 less than the other estimate I got. I highly recommend A1 Pro.
Cliff did every remodel job we had had done to our home since we first hired him in 2001. Some of the projects were: New kitchen cabinets sink and appliances Extra bath in the basement Remodel of the basement and utility room Move washer and dryer from utility room to the 2nd floor Installation of hardware floors in all rooms replacing wall to wall carpet total remodel of the master bath that included installing a skylight Ceramic tile installation in front foyer and all bathrooms Countless maintence projects too numerous to mention Cliff's work is is awesome. He has exceeded our expectations with all the work he has done. We won't even consider using anyone else. Cliff is the ultimate professional. He is meticulous, thorough and pays attention to the details.
Brendan Laffey has worked for me for several years on various projects. He has done everything from small repairs to the full remodeling of my baths. Not only is he a master carpenter, he can do anything related to construction! His vast knowledge combined with his absolute demand for perfection in his work makes him truly one of a kind. He has assisted me through 4 nightmare remodels that I have done on older homes and has never been anything other than professional, kind, patient and unbelievably exceptional at everything he does.
Steve has replaced the front entrance door and 5 bedroom windows and also a bow window for the living room. He also placed some ceramic tile in the front entrance. Steve does amazing work, takes time and is very meticulous with everything he does.
My basement floor, size approximately 435 sq. ft., needed leveled. The floor height varied up to five and six inches toward the center. It sloped downward toward the drain in the front and back upward toward the front wall. The floor was painted concrete from at least 50 years ago, and in a few spots the concrete was slightly chipped and cracked. The rear of the basement had a slight slope but was not as drastic as the front part. I had cement contractors suggesting to break up only the front half of the existing concrete and pour new concrete. I also had another flooring contractor willing to pour the leveling compound Ardex. Cost for the Ardex job would have been $3,200, but that was for using only twenty-five 50# bags of Ardex. If I needed any more bags of Ardex, I would have to assume the cost after the first 25 bags at a cost of $60.00 per bag. I was very reluctant to do this. I found Bamm Flooring and Construction with a very good rating and called them. Tony Georgevich said he could use Quikrete Concrete Mix for leveling, as long as I covered the finished floor with either slate, ceramic or porcelain tile. Tony, Adrian and Ray did an excellent job. They worked for about two weeks from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The floor still had some unevenness. However, it was 95% improved. They ended up using over 117 bags of 60# Quikrete @ $2.78/bag. I was so glad I did not use the Ardex product. After this leveling was complete, they laid the tile. This floor required 30 cartons of Brazilian Slate Porcelain. My basement floor is such an improvement that I actually love working in it now. Tony is a perfectionist and you can tell he is proud of his work. I would recommend this company for any flooring job, regardless of the difficulty. After they finished the floor, I asked if Adrian could help me unclog my gutters and insert gutter guards, which he did. Overall, I am very happy with the job that these guys did and would call on them again for flooring or other household projects.
Jarrod gave me my drywall ceiling! It looks WONDERFUL! As a girl who works from a budget, I am overly satisfied with Jarrod's work. The drywall is smooth and the crown molding accomodates the level changes in my walls. I almost forget that I ever had a hole in my ceiling! Jarrod is willing to spend the time to do quality work, and that is one characteristic I just don't see in many crafstmen these days. Thank you for everything, Jarrod!!!
Recently had National Aquisitions do a few repairs on my home. They repaired my ceramic tile and cupboards, installed shelving and dead bolt locks, and replaced a damaged baseboard. I was so happy to find someone that could do all of the things I needed done at one time. Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned everything up before he left, like he was never here! Definitely reccomend!!
Filled lots of deep cracks in blacktop that hadn't been sealed for at least 3 years, and sealed the 2800 sq ft driveway. They did a beautiful job, left no mess anywhere. We were out of town and returned to a finished job. Very reasonable price, reliable service.
Adam did countless projects for me: crown moulding throughout house; chair rail throughout house; framed windows; quarter round on baseboard throughout house; deck steps; garbage enclosure; tile work; drywall work; etc. At my mom's house, he built new bay window panels; stair railings, hung doors, etc. Every single project he did was outstanding. I have very high standards and Adam exceeded them every time. Moreover, he left the place extremely clean and is very professional and nice.
Magnone Contracting has completed multiple projects for us. They do an outstanding job at reasonable prices. The quality was top notch and they were very professional. We call them for all of our construction needs and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have some work done.
