- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on which services are requested. Discounts are available for individuals who are disabled or on a fixed income and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first session, we will review your dog's behavioral history and create a plan to modify their behavior going forward. We will discuss where you got your dog, what training methods you've tried and the results, medical history, and most importantly, your goals for your dog. I will show you how to train your dog. If you have questions or concerns between sessions I am available via email and phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Christine completed a certificate course that contained both academic and hands-on practicums at Humane Domain taught by Debbie Winkler, who is the past vice president and past president of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
