- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build relationships with our customers because a majority of our business is referral based. Typically , a customer reaches out to us and we first talk about the details of the project. Then we schedule an appointment to meet in person to go into further detail. After our meeting we will send a detailed quote within 48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Scranton. I am also a full time real estate investor / rehabber with years of painting and construction experience. We have a 3 man painting crew who collectively have over 40 years of painting experience. Our project manager/ lead painter Tony has been professionally painting for over 20 years and prides himself on detail.
