- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are lower than any of the big companies out there. We offer payments for bigger jobs like bed bugs and termites. We don't charge by the insect like most do, we have flat fee and no hidden fees ever. We will not try to sell you something you don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is going to their home and meeting the our customer and to make sure we listen to every issue or concern they have. We need them to know about us and who we are individually and as a company. We follow up with our customers, they are not numbers. We won't put you on hold or have you speak with someone from a different state. You will always speak with the owners, Dave or Eric.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in category 11 and 12 for Pest control. We have taken many classes on a variety of insects and rodents and continue our education in our profession.
