FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is to have an initial discussion about the project they are seeking to have done, and what their goals are for the project. I then will do a site visit, to discuss the project in further detail. I like to also discuss the potential budget for the project at this point. This helps make more effective use of both mine, and the clients time. Often times, clients budgets do not fully line up with the actual costs of doing the project. Many times, I am able to work with the client, and find a happy middle ground which meets both budget and aesthetic or functional goals of the project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers seeking a thorough and detail oriented contractor, builders and developers looking to wow their own clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When seeking out a remodeling contractor never go with the lowest price, like many things, in remodeling, you often get what you pay for. Make sure that you are comfortable with the person you hire, they are going to be spending a lot of time in your home, and the sting of a bad remodeling project can linger on long after the project is over. Make sure you know what you are getting. None of our projects get into the contract stage without a detailed scope of work that describes exactly what is to be done in your home. Don't be afraid to ask for reviews, I stand by my work, and am happy to put you in touch with past clients.
