They also value your time so they go the extra mile by working extended hours, weekends and in bad weather if need be. I used them for my first rental property and I've gotten glowing reviews on the appearance and the overall renovation. Always on time and kept us updated regarding material deliveries and potential schedule delays. Andrew also offers a very good warranty on his work. The design phase of the “Design and Build” method worked very well to establish our goals and align to our cost expectations. Andrew’s help with the design phase style and material choices lead us to exceed our initial expectations for quality and appearance. The construction phase was executed in a timely manner and the quality was high. We did not have any issues or complaints. Small changes we wanted made during the construction phase were implemented without issue and with no or modest additional cost. I do not think you could ask for more from a building contractor.
