About
Learning a musical instrument takes a commitment of daily practice that cannot be done in one lesson. I want you to succeed so that is why I start new students with a 5 week intro course. That way we both can see all the progress made and I can help you keep up your momentum. Most music teachers don't have the experience to see what students need and get them playing efficiently. It doesn't feel like a job. It's more like jamming with friends.

Monte is an amazing music teacher. In a short amount of time he he was able to guide me from novice musician to fulfilling my life long dream of playing in a band. I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn an instrument!

Monte is an excellent instructor. Due to other financial obligations we had to suspend our lessons but my daughter and I are excited to continue when we are able. I highly recommend taking lessons and the virtual option is a definite plus.

I have been taking in-person and virtual lessons with Monte at G4 for 1 year now. He moved me into a class with 2 experienced guitarists several months ago which has been very beneficial, sped up my learning curve and increased my knowledge in theory. I have followed Monte’s motto which is to practice G4 guitar lessons 30 minutes a day before playing songs...he likes to say “Eat your salad before your dinner”. If you are looking for a musical education that is fun and affordable, look no further.
