Notice: I want to reiterate that i pay a fee if you reach out even if i dont do the work. This adds up really fast through a week... Hello my name is Bill Hench. I grew up in a family construction business that's been in business for 60 yrs we did all the stages from the footers to the roof sheeting. I have nearly 25 yrs of experience in both commercial and residential including hospitals, restaurants and retail. I always aim for customer satisfaction via clear explanation of work to be completed and what it will take to do so. And I'm also picky about my work. My biggest skills are finish work including Finishing and repairing drywall and plaster to match original surfaces. I also am a finish carpenter trim, including crown moldings and many other tasks such as fixing or installing new mail boxes or patching crackins and face of concrete surfaces. Very competent in painting walls ceilings, doors and all trim among other things. I will do what is necessary by covering contents, using drop clothes and cleaning up as needed. I am getting set up in this so please be patient looking into a background check and setting up more options to pay. I'm polite well mannered, respectful and love to converse.
NOTE I DO NOT HANG HOLLIDAY LIGHTS, DO ROOF REPAIRS, CLEAN GUTTERS OR DO APPLIANCE REPAIR OR SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUES. Ive had many leads on here I get charged for and I dont even offer the work. Also us pros get charged for you picking us wether we do the work or not. Thank you!

Bill w as very congenial and did a great job installing a new GFCI outlet in my bathroom. It involves cutting the plaster and installing a new outlet box as well. His cut was precise and he cleaned up well. Bill also repaired a small very deteriorating wall underneath my kitchen cabinet. He did a great job matching the wall texture and again, cleaned up well!! Thank you Bill!

Initially hired for a small drywall repair, but he pointed out additional issues and provided a clear, reasonable quote before proceeding. I was out of town, and he handled everything, found and fixed additional issues on his own, and sent photos of the completed work. He even said he's the kind of guy who makes things "pretty again", and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

Bill is excellent at his craft. He shows up when he says. He completes it when he says. Outlined every thing for you and is honest about his pricing. Excellent experience and literally fixed everything I asked of him. Will gladly use again!
Bill was easy to communicate with. He showed up when he said and fixed my issue for the price quoted. If I need similar help in the future, I’ll definitely look for Bill first.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fee of 25 dollars for an on site estimate. This goes towards gas in my truck and other background costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once work desired is discussed I typically set up an on site estimate. This includes me arriving at location meeting with client and going over the work to be completed, process to do so, price and materials needed and any other factors and or concerns. Material cost on bigger jobs is always up front. Payment is typically broken down to each visit on multi visits unless otherwise discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years working in both residential and commercial construction all aspects.
