The carpet is very nice, 5 stars for that. But the quality of installation is not as good as the previous. We had the staircase and hallway done. A lot of cutting/fitting was required and the job performed is far from perfect. It looks sloppy in the corners and along the rail base there are gaps. Again, I am comparing to the previous carpet so obviously it can be done better. I am not saying I would have done a better job but I was expecting a professional to match the previous installation. Interesting to note that there was zero reaction from Perfect Flooring when I gave them this feedback afterwards. Also want to stress that I accepted the price that Isaac offered and I did not negotiate it down at all so this cannot be used as an excuse.
