FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system, for a general cleaning my price starts at $140 and up. This price depends on a lot of factors, the amount of dust, dirt build up, the amount of traffic in and out, clutter, the number of occupants living in home, how often the home is to be cleaned, etc. this price is off a biweekly schedule. The price for monthly starts at $150 and up the factors are considered in this too. I typically like to schedule a visit to the home and meet the potential client, tour the home, and go over what the needs and wants are. I can provide a more accurate quote . I treat each individual client and homes differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I like to do first before I can give a quote, is I like to meet and tour new clients homes, because you can give a better number by looking at the homes as well as speaking to the client face to face rather than through an email They say first impression makes the difference. I believe it does. When I receive a new request for services I read what the client may want then I quote with not enough info and ask the client to give me a call or simply leave me a message with info for me to contact them. Once this is done and we set up an initial meeting time then we proceed to the first initial cleaning if the client wants to utilize my services. I do encourage all clients to recieve other quotes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned for many years. I have an eye for detail.
