- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing as an independent cleaner varies depending on the type of services you need. For example, a maintenance clean of a lived in home would cost less than a Move-In/Out or Deep Clean. Clients can add "à la carte services" like laundry, dishes, or cabinet organization. Booking a recurring clean comes with a discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would begin with an in-person or virtual walk-through. This allows you to detail the scope of work needed and gives me a chance to properly assess the space to provide you with the most accurate timeline and pricing for the services you need. We will discuss the pricing and scheduling of your project after we determine the exact services you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning a home properly isn't just elbow grease. Knowing what products to use, when to use them, and how to clean deeply while still being efficient only comes with time and experience. Years of cleaning both in homes and commercial properties has made me easily adaptable to any environment.
