Ask questions about what type of therapy will be performed. Every client has different expectations & ideas on what is best for them. Good communication both verbal & non is essential.

I have been managing my own pain from decades of heavy lifting & football through massage & meditation. Back, neck, knee, shoulders all filled with osteoarthritis.
