The service was pretty bad in regards to the booking. I spoke with William at 10:18 and explained I was looking for someone who was able to make it to do a move-out right away. He said yes he could do it. At 11:07 he sent a text to say he was in route to get the u-haul truck. At 12:00 he text again to say he was in route to get the truck. I was clear that I was looking for someone right away to move a studio size tiny house furniture. I had transportation movers who were ready to move the tiny house but we still had some items in it. At 12:15 I received a call from Michael to say my number was passed on to him and he was going to get the u-haul truck and would be at my location between 12:45 - 1:00pm. Michael and one other person did show up at 1:00. They only arrived with a truck. No blankets, dollie, tape, or any tools in case there was a frame to be taken apart. Just an empty u-hall truck with no straps inside. The charge was $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and $99 for the truck rental fee. Total cost was $299 and they got the job done. The movers were polite and worked hard but I would not hire the company again because of poor communication from William and the movers not having anything with them to do a move or to protect the furniture with. This is not on the movers but on the person who owns the company. They should have what is necessary to do a move.

If it could be lower it would. I had a stolen lamp, a broken lamp. Broken glass. The communication prior to my move was horrible, no one was on the same page. They took forever!!!!!!!
