- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special menu requests may result in additional fees, but only equal to the cost of the ingredients. I try to be very consistent and fair in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client contacts me and selects the type of service that is best for them, we select a date and time. They are then able to select a menu from all my offerings based on their tastes and requests. I bring all ingredients to the class, so the client can focus on fun and learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained under professional chefs, I’ve been teaching cooking classes for both children and adults for over two years.
