- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first consultation and shopping spree is $100 minus cost of items. After the initial consultation, my fee is $25 per hour. I give 10% off total cost if hired for 10 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them and I discuss their needs to best assist them. I give a simple test to assess the style of the person as well as taking measurements to ensure a great fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science with a major in fashion merchandising.
