Introduction
Hello! My name is Cody Ditto and I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I have worked in the fitness industry since 2018, but health and fitness have both been my lifelong passions. I love helping clients achieve goals that they never thought possible not only physically, but mentally as well. I work with my clients on making small daily changes that lead to new lifelong habits that will help them lead much healthier and happier lives. I also specialize in coaching powerlifting.

Ditto Fitness & Nutrition is awesome! Cody cares so much about his clients and takes time to really get to know you as an individual and focus on what works for YOU. He loves to push you to work harder and get stronger, but more importantly he tailors your workouts to prove to yourself that you’re stronger than you think. I had plateaued in my weight loss and was rapidly losing motivation before Cody started helping me about a month ago. Since then I’m down about 5 lbs and have been challenged to lift real weights. He has shown me that I’m strong enough to dead lift 105 lbs and chest press 100! Thank you Cody! :) I strongly recommend Ditto Fitness & Nutrition!
