Ebony helps me to establish a good work-out program that is for me, and about just me. She will suggest changes when she sees I need a step up in our program. She is thoughtful and considerate of my personal needs as a client.

Ebony was my personal trainer for 3 years, during which time she provided 2-3 weekly, one-hour sessions of exercise customized to my fitness goals, age, and physical condition. She came to my home for each early-morning session--always right on-time. We easily accommodated any unanticipated delay on her part or sudden change of schedule on my part on a day-to-day basis. Her fees were very reasonable. Ebony's style of personal training is excellent. She is knowledgeable, so that if I had difficulty with one approach (either exercise or diet), she quickly offered an alternative. She knows how to motivate a client with positive feedback--completely avoiding guilt-based criticism. The main reason for ending our sessions after the 3 years was a change in my work life and personal obligations. I recommend her to anyone interested in learning about and working seriously on personal fitness.
