Introduction: I am a brief, solution focused therapist located in Regent Square. I see mainly adults, individuals and couples (marital counseling), and accept Highmark-BC/BS, UPMC Commercial and UPMC for You (CCBH), Cigna, Aetna and fee for services (sliding scale). I focus on symptom management, and specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders including panic disorder. I have been practicing since 1994, and spent ten years working exclusively for Los Angeles County Dept. of Mental Health. I welcome all populations, including the GLBT and Spanish-speaking (individuals only). In addition to traditional therapy, I am also the author of "Messages: Evidence for Life After Death" (Hampton Roads, 2002), and specialize in bereavement counseling via spiritual mediumship.
