We had a pipe burst behind our kitchen wall, and the contractors who put the kitchen back together told us that the previously working faucet would need to be replaced. I bought a new faucet and hired Rob to install it. I told him what had happened, and he checked the water lines, and fixed it without needing to replace the faucet. The bill was less than the original estimate, and I can return the unused faucet,
I was pleasantly surprised with Rob’s honesty and professionalism. Will definitely hire him again!

The Pro from R.J.S. Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time with the necessary tools and skill to assess the situation and successfully install the replacement for the kitchen sink faucet that was leaking. He explained was unrepairable with the faucet and worked quickly and very neatly to install the new faucet. He was polite and respectful of me and my property -- cleaning up any mess made (he worked so neatly and sure-handedly that there was hardly any!). He tested the faucet to assure that it was working properly with no leaks, checked the water flow, and removed the old parts and debris for safe disposal.

Rob reached out same morning I put in request, he was able to make it out a couple hours after and fixed shutoff valves and installed a sink. Very nice guy will continue to use him.
