We hired this contractor to fill cracks and coat our asphalt driveway. When J&S had finished we asked for an invoice. On the invoice, as a part of the charge, they said that they had cleaned the driveway of mud and debris. My husband had actually spent several hours doing it the day before..We were not satisfied with the job they had done. The cracks were barely filled in and need to be refilled. He asked for cash or a check written to him, not to J&S Contracting. This made us very uncomfortable. I called Thumbtack. The customer service rep was excellent. He too said that the suggested payment methods were irregular and suggested we pay through Thumbtack, which is what we did. He also said that if we were dissastified with the job we could dispute it. We honestly don't have the energy to do this. We do not recommend this contractor.

I Called J&S And They send out two Of there guys Came out and looked at my roof and said that I don’t need a new roof and they can do a repair on it and they saved me a lot of money thanks It’s been 4 months and no more leaks 5 stars thanks J&S
