We are a registered Home Improvement Contractor and a small team of four professionals focused on quality and honesty. Minimum repair service: $500 one-story, $750 two-story, $1,000 three-story. We had J&S Construction repair several superficial cracks in our foundation and apply waterproofing. Giovanni was quick to respond with an estimate, and was able to complete the work same day which we appreciate since much rain was in the forecast. Repairs look solid and smooth. Would use this company again.

We had a good experience with J&S. They patched several big issues in our sidewalk and water sealed the whole thing in just a couple of hours. They had to adjust their schedule because of impending storms, which meant they had to deal with communicating with me by text message while I was at work. They were very accommodating with that! They cleaned up after themselves and gave us clear instructions about what to do to ensure best success with the patches. They were very clear with the pricing, even being straightforward about waiting to do some bigger projects until materials prices came down. They were even very professional with an annoying neighbor who obliviously walked his dog into the job site, through all the warning tape and equipment... sorry about that guy! In sum, I am very pleased with J&S Construction and hope to hire them again in the future.

The response time that I received from Giovanni was very fast after I went on Thumbtack. He also came to my house quickly on very short notice. I have an older roof and he was well educated on what my different options were. I asked him a ton of questions and picked his brain on what to do. He will be straight up and honest with you and will provide you the best alternatives.
