Giovanni was very prompt and professional. I contacted him on Thursday and he was at my house at 10 am the next day. They repaired and sealed my front steps. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends as well as have the back in the spring to do more work for us. Great job!

We had J&S Construction repair several superficial cracks in our foundation and apply waterproofing. Giovanni was quick to respond with an estimate, and was able to complete the work same day which we appreciate since much rain was in the forecast. Repairs look solid and smooth. Would use this company again.

I'm a landlord and needed a flat membrane roof repaired quickly. Giovanni responded within minutes, and showed up same day to assess the situation and provide quote. After approving quote, the crew showed up next day to complete the repairs. Giovanni and his team showed up when promised and provided before and after pictures which are extremely helpful since most people won't be climbing 2-3 story house to verify work.
