Giovanni responded to my request for a quote almost immediately. He came for a quote the SAME DAY! Then, he was able to repair my roof on the same visit! This is all after a poor experience with another contractor (told me they aren't taking repair work after setting up a quote), and being told by another that it would be 2 weeks to get repairs.
