- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will give you exact quote for what's needs to be done. We will not oversell or do hard sales. We educate our customers and providing variety of options for their needs. We will be there to help you and show you what can be done and how but you will make the final decision and be proud of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with you on your property and talk with you about your needs and goals for the upcoming project. We will evaluate, measure, estimate your project and give you a proposal. We will educate you about variety of options and products that can be applicable to your needs. You will make final decision on what do you want and how do you want it to be done. Our fantastic crew will do the job in efficient and timely manner. You DON'T pay anything upfront until the job is done and you are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On our crew we have a full time roofers and siding professionals. We are not a handymen, carpenter, painter e.t.c. We are roofers and that's what we do everyday for our customers.
