- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After emailing and talking on the phone we schedule an appointment to come out to your property to assess the work, discuss the options with you, and formulate a quote. We email you the quote, if you accept our quote we set a date, add you to our calendars and we perform the work at the set date and time. After completion we send you an invoice. We assign an arborist to each customer whom will stay with you from the start to the end of the project. The person you talk to the first time we meet is the same person who will be performing the work on your property and the same person you can reach out to at anytime with any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member TCIA company that adheres to all ANZI a300 standards. Our team members are previous crew leaders and arborists from large international tree companies who realized that the market had a huge gap for a customer-first, honest, affordable, and efficient tree care business. Thus began Old Growth Tree Care.
