They've already done maintenance on the boilers, replaced the water heater, run the water line to a new fridge, and replaced a toilet. I'm also having them run a new gas line to the dryer, hook up the new washer, and hook up the new dishwasher.As an example of good service: I had them come inspect a perpetually flushing toilet when I wasn't around to do it. I paid their service fee, and was told I could subtract that from the cost of a new toilet installation when I was ready to have that done and they were happy to apply that when I did replace it. They are also giving me a discount on electrical work necessary to get the dishwasher set up. I didn't even ask!So far, my experience is that AG is a company that will show up when they say, work with me to find solutions, and keep their word."See more
